Regular Saturday Class

SAT 9:30 AM – 12:40 PM, Cupertino High School

Adult Korean 1 (Beginner Level)
Adult1 class is designed for students who have no or little previous background knowledge of Korean. Students will learn Korean alphabets, and basic grammatical sentence patterns. By the end of the course, students will be able to communicate with Korean native speakers at basic everyday survival tasks.

Adult Korean 2 (Upper Beginner Level)
This course will allow students to further develop listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Students will continue to learn to communicate on a variety of daily topics such as introducing themselves, making an appointment, ordering food, getting directions, and more. Korean popular culture, ranging from K-pop and dramas/movies to food, will be introduced.
*Students should be able to read and write the Korean alphabet to take this class.

Adult Korean 3 (Intermediate Level)
This class is designed for students who either have completed Adult 2 at SVKS or have had about 2 years of experience of learning Korean.

Community Class

Weekdays, Online

Adult Korean 1, 2, 3 (Beginner level)

Students will learn essential expressions and conversations.
* This beginner course consists of 3 parts, and it takes about 38 weeks
to finish. A simple placement test will be given after the beginner 1.

K-Drama (Intermediate Level)

Learn Korean language and culture through media including Korean dramas, movies, songs, and books.
